Blue Cross Names Toni Cardinal Manager of Information Technology (IT)

 

Tony CardinalIn her new position, Cardinal will be responsible for the day-to-day decisions that directly affect the timely and accurate development, design, programming, software acquisition, implementation and maintenance of all programming and processing requirements for her departmental area.

Cardinal has more than 18 years of experience in IT and previously served as IT project manager and software architect for Innovative Emergency Management (IEM) in Baton Rouge. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. In addition, she holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Baton Rouge PMI Chapter and the Baton Rouge .NET Users Group.
