Blue Cross Director Named NACD Fellow

McCotter recognized for corporate governance and boardroom leadership

J. Kevin McCotter of Shreveport, Louisiana, a member of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana Board of Directors, has become an NACD Fellow, attaining the highest level of credentialing for corporate directors and corporate governance professionals. McCotter also serves on the board of directors of Citizens National Bancshares, Inc., of Bossier City, Louisiana.

As a Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), McCotter has demonstrated knowledge of the leading trends and practices that define corporate governance and has committed to developing professional insights through continuing education.
