Our Point of Service (POS) plan* features low out-of-pocket costs and offers the cost savings of an HMO plan with the unique advantage of choosing providers outside of the network and still receiving reduced or limited benefits.

Health Savings Account (HSA) Compatible Plans*
High-deductible health plans offer reliable coverage and affordable monthly premium payments. (You pay for services out-of-pocket until a deductible level is met. The health plan then pays a majority percentage of health costs. This typically results in lower premiums.) These plans are compatible with health savings accounts (HSAs), allowing you to take advantage of tax-favored health savings account benefits.
