How do I search by "Prefix"?
Enter the first three letters under "Member ID" on the back of your ID card (see
the example above) to search by "Prefix."
What if my card does not have three letters under "Member ID"?
If you have dental insurance only or if you are a member outside of Louisiana, your
ID card will not have a prefix. Please search by "Network." If you don't know which
network to choose, please call the phone number on the back of your ID card for
help.
