What customer services are available to me online?
Through AccessBlue you can:
- Review your claims
- View covered dependents' claims (Available to primary cardholders only; dependents must be under age 18)
- Use Healthcare AdvisorSM** and Coverage AdvisorSM** tools to better manage your healthcare dollars and take a more active role in better health
- Pay your bill online
- Create and maintain a Personal Health Record for you and your family
- View medical policy coverage guidelines
- Change your address (Primary cardholders only)+
- Order ID cards, etc. (Primary cardholders only)+
- Add a dependent to your coverage (Primary cardholders only)+
- Note: Not all AccessBlue services are available to all members
Members under an employer-sponsored plan cannot access these services unless your employer has elected to participate. Primary cardholders can access member maintenance information for themselves and those covered under their plan.
