- AccessBlue participants can pay online using their checking account or credit card (certain restrictions apply).
Register or login from the AccessBlue box in the upper right of every BCBSLA.com webpage.
- You can also pay online using your bank's system. When paying through your bank's system, be sure to include your current contract number in the account field stored under payee Blue Cross. Also set up a different payee for each member number being paid, including the correct member number for each.
To avoid a delay in processing your payment, make sure your payment matches the payment notice exactly.

Blue Cross and HMO Louisiana, Inc., can set you up for automatic monthly bank drafts. Complete the appropriate form below, based on your coverage. Please allow 30 days to process your account set-up. Mail or fax the completed form, along with a blank check marked "VOID," to:

You can pay your premium by telephone using your credit card during regular business hours (certain restrictions apply). Call Customer Service at 1.800.599.BLUE (2583) to pay your bill or get more information regarding premium payment.

In Person at District Offices or Main Office:
You can pay in person by check, money order or cashier’s check at any district office on routine business days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; or our Baton Rouge corporate headquarters, 5525 Reitz Ave., Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Please note payments made at our district offices require longer processing time. To avoid a delay in processing your payment, make sure your payment matches the payment notice exactly.
