Blue Cross members can manage their accounts, review claims, pay bills and more online through AccessBlue, our secure, online, self-service member tool.
To use AccessBlue services you must REGISTER using your BCBSLA or HMO Louisiana ID card and a recent claim number.
Claims Review
- Once you are registered for AccessBlue you can login anytime from the box at the top of every BCBSLA.com page.
- For most members, Review Claims will be your first option upon login.
- The default screen will show the last five claims processed for your account.
- You can also use the "View claims by" fields to search your claims history for specific events, time frames, physicians and more.
