Blue Cross members can manage their accounts online through AccessBlue, our secure, online, self-service member tool.
Eligible members can also access services such as bill pay and claims status by calling 1.800.495.BLUE (2583).
To use AccessBlue services you must REGISTER using your BCBSLA or HMO Louisiana ID card and a recent claim number.

Once you are registered you can:
- Pay your bill online
- Review your claims
- Create a Personal Health Record
- Download your Claims-Based Health Record
- Change your address or update personal information
- Order a replacement ID card or benefit booklet
- Add a dependent
- Use our tools, Healthcare AdvisorSM* and Coverage AdvisorSM*, to better manage your healthcare dollars

Not all AccessBlue services are available to all members
Get Started
- Register or login from the AccessBlue box found on the upper right of every BCBSLA.com webpage
- Members age 18 or older can register. For members under 18, the primary cardholder (also known as subscriber) can access their information
- Dependents age 18 or older must register separately in order to view personal claims information
- Member maintenance services, such as address changes, ordering ID cards, etc., are available to primary cardholders only
- Members under an employer-sponsored plan cannot access member maintenance services unless their employer has elected to participate
