RxBLUE has contracts with pharmacies that equal or exceed CMS requirements for pharmacy access in your area. Members are required to use RxBLUE network pharmacies to access their prescription drug benefits except under non-routine and emergency circumstances. In certain special circumstances, RxBLUE offers limited out-of-network pharmacy services. Please refer to the RxBLUE Evidence of Coverage for more information or contact RxBLUE Customer Service.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana has contracted with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to offer RxBLUE, a Medicare Part D prescription drug plan.
