Bob Drelick has been named Vice President of IT Applications at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana. Terry Landry has been promoted to Director, Internal Audit.
Drelick brings his experience in large project implementations and merger and acquisition activities to Blue Cross from AmerisourceBergen Specialty Group (ABSG) in Dallas, Texas, where he was a director within ABSG’s corporate division and chief technology officer at subsidiary US Bioservices. Prior to joining ABSG, Drelick was vice president – Infrastructure & Operations at Bank One.
Drelick earned his associate’s degree in accounting and bachelor’s degree in computer system technology at Spring Garden College in Chestnut Hill, Penn.
Landry was previously manager, Quality Assurance & Practice Development. He has worked in the Information Technology and Corporate Audit divisions at Blue Cross for 34 years. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a Certified Computing Professional (CCP) and holds an ITIL certification.
Landry earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science at the University of Southwestern Louisiana. He is a charter member, past president and current member of the Baton Rouge chapter of the Information Systems Audit Control Association.
