Qualified organizations can request funds through:
Corporate Sponsorships
- Sponsorship form [PDF]
- Sponsorships offer opportunities to promote and enhance the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana brands and/or increase business, such as advertising and event tickets, although benefits are not required.
- Used most often to conduct fundraising events, for example:
- Luncheons
- Walks/races
- Conferences that help raise awareness of an organization’s programs.

Submitting Requests
Applications are reviewed on a quarterly basis. Applications must be mailed or hand-delivered to our corporate headquarters for receipt by 4:30 p.m. on the following deadlines:

If the application deadline falls on a weekend, the application is due by close of business the Monday immediately following the deadline.
