Login to your Blue Cross or HMO LA account or register today to take charge of your health. You will need your BCBSLA or HMO Louisiana Member ID card and a recent claim number to register. If you cannot find a recent claim number call Customer Service for assistance. If you have never filed a claim, enter "none" when prompted.
