BlueCard and HMO

    • Use the BlueCard® Program to submit claims for HMO members affiliated with other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans.
    • Identify members by the “empty suitcase” logo on their ID card.

Providers and BlueCard® members throughout the country have access to information about participating HMO providers in another Blue Plan's service area through BlueCard Access®, a nationwide toll-free number, 800.810.BLUE (2583)
