System Requirements
Computer system requirements must be met in order to use iLinkBLUE. 

Access to iLinkBLUE
To gain access to iLinkBLUE, provider locations must download and complete the appropriate iLinkBLUE agreement AND the Business Associate Agreement. You must complete the Electronic Funds Transfer form if you wish to have your payments directly deposited into your account. Once these agreements are on file, individual providers may then register online to use LinkBLUE. Use the AccessBlue register link on the top of any bcbsla.com webpage to register.
