We offer our customers and their physicians online access to claims-based health-records. You can:

• View your past immunization history, preventive treatments and pharmacy information from the last three years.
• Use for your own research or to bring to your doctor’s office so your doctor will know more about your medical history.

Blue Health Record Features

• Gives physicians seeing you for the first time important information about your health
• Shows each “episode” of care and the treatment received over a three-year period
• Lists the prescriptions you are currently taking and have taken as a covered member and gives contact information from prescribing physicians
• Limited to claims that have been paid by us. You should provide additional information to your doctor as needed.
• Not all AccessBlue users have Blue Health Record

Customers can access their Blue Health Record though AccessBlue Customer Tools.

• Register or login from the AccessBlue box in the upper right of every BCBSLA.com webpage.
  

Providers use iLinkBLUE to access Blue Health Record.
