2009 Annual Meeting Announcement

The annual meeting of the Voting Members of Louisiana Health Service & Indemnity Company (dba Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association) will be held at 8:30 a.m. CST, Tuesday, February 17, 2009, in the Blue Cross Operations Building, 1st Floor Conference Room, at 5525 Reitz Ave., Baton Rouge, La.
