Employee Volunteers

Team Blue is our league of employee volunteers who donate their time and talents to various nonprofit and community outreach projects statewide. We welcome and invite opportunities to support nonprofit organizations who share our goal. 

Qualified Efforts
Team Blue activities can only be performed for the benefit of organizations that:

• Service an area in Louisiana
• Have tax exemption as either a non-profit organzation, registered charity or school  

Non-Qualifying Efforts
Blue Cross will not approve Team Blue activities for:

• Private foundations
• Individuals
• Political or religious organizations (including churches, temples or seminaries)
• Organizations having unlawful employment practices or discriminatory service practice
