PremierBlue

PremierBlue is our new group health benefit plan with enhanced features of a PPO and network benefits of a Point of Service product. Members access the Preferred Care PPO network for covered services from participating doctors, hospitals and allied health professionals. This select network spans Louisiana and its members receive the highest level of benefits when they receive care in-network. A deductible and coinsurance may apply to care received outside the network.
