Get secure access to account information and member-only tools and services through AccessBlue.
Login to your Blue Cross or HMO LA account or register today to take charge of your health. You will need your BCBSLA or HMO Louisiana Member ID card and a recent claim number to register. If you cannot find a recent claim number call Customer Service for assistance. If you have never filed a claim, enter "none" when prompted. Through AccessBlue, you can manage your account and get access to member-only wellness tools.
Now AccessBlue is even better! You can now view your plan benefits and account balances. Plus, you still have access to great tools and features to help manage your account and get healthy. Learn more about the new AccessBlue.
