2 Step Members to Get Holiday Discount on Popular Cookbook

The healthy local cookbook favorite, River Road Recipes III: A Healthy Collection, is being offered at a special discounted price - which includes an option for free gift wrapping and shipping - to all Louisiana 2 Step members during the holiday season. 

The discount is part of a bonus program of the Louisiana 2 Step campaign sponsored by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana. The Junior League of Baton Rouge will allow registered Louisiana 2 Step members to purchase a cookbook for only $12 with a free gift-wrap option for holiday giving. And 2 Step members can save shipping charges by picking up their purchase at the Junior League's office at 9523 Fenway Avenue in Baton Rouge. 

River Road Recipes III: A Healthy Collection encourages healthy eating with more than 300 lower-fat and -calorie recipes, with a full nutritional analysis for each.  

The award-winning Louisiana 2 Step campaign urges Louisiana residents to "Do the 2" or take two small daily steps toward better health: eat right and move more. The fun, free and informational website at gives visitors a wide variety of interactive tools, including virtual health coaches, to educate, motivate and inspire them to make healthier lifestyle choices.
