Imaging Authorizations

Ordering physicians for Blue Cross members of our Preferred Care PPO and HMO Louisiana, Inc., networks are required to contact American Specialty Health* to complete a review and obtain a notification number for certain outpatient, non-emergent diagnostic imaging services.
