NOTICE: Under the Affordable Care Act, individuals who buy health insurance through the Marketplace and receive an advanced premium tax credit (APTC) will have a 3 month grace period to pay their outstanding premiums. Claims incurred during the first month of the grace period will be paid, but claims incurred during the second and third months of the grace period will pend until the members pay their premiums in full. If the premium is not paid in full by the end of the grace period, any claims incurred during the second and third months of the grace period will be denied.
