What do these Tiers mean?

Enhanced Tier 1 ($) In network preferred: For Precision Blue members only! Visits to PCP and Specialist providers in this tier will have the lowest copayment and you’ll get the most out of your benefits. Always choose Enhanced Tier 1 providers when you can in the Precision Blue network. Certain restrictions apply for Enhanced Tier 1.

Tier 1 ($) In network preferred: Visits to providers in this tier will cost less and you'll get the most out of your benefits. Always choose a Tier 1 provider when you can.

Tier 2 ($$) Out of network preferred: Visits to providers in this tier will cost you more. Go here if a Tier 1 provider is not available.

Tier 3 ($$$) Out of network non preferred: Visits to providers in this tier will cost you the most. Try not to go here if possible.

NOTE: Tier classification may differ for self-funded groups with a custom plan design.
